Unfortunately, even with the large variety of free printable lunch notes available online on other blogs, I had a hard time finding ones that my son would enjoy most… so I created my own to share here with you today! 😀 <3Īfter doing a quick search on Pinterest to see if I could find some lunch box notes to add to Donnie's lunches this year, I was super excited to see that there are tonnes of other parents out there who also like to carry on this tradition! The notes were always something to look forward to and really left and impression on me so I wanted to keep up with the tradition with my son Donnie. The notes were always a great reminder that my mom and family were thinking of me even when we were apart. When I was a little girl, my mother would pack cute little notes in my lunch box with words of encouragement, jokes, or even just silly pictures.

Yup! Mama is a wreck! haha 😉 I'm sure he'll be just fine once he starts school this year, but my goodness… where has the time gone!? He's my first and only little munchkin so far so it's a pretty big milestone in the family. This year is a special one for our family since my son will be starting school as a great big grown up junior kindergartner! 😉Īll sorts of feelings about sending my little one off to school are swirling around in my head – I'm nervous, excited and hopeful but I've also got a heaping spoonful of dread stacked right on top.
